Climate change dramatically reduces crop yields, especially coffee farms in Rwandan. Thanksgiving Coffee Company partnered with Dukunde Kawa Cooperative, one of its co-op bean supplier, to create a project that would help coffee farmers become more resilient to climate change.

Not everyone is impacting this environment equally.                                   Not everyone will be affected equally.

Women often suffer the most from the growing population and changing environment. When husbands are working outside the village, women are responsible for family planning: taking care of children, farming, collecting firewood and fetching water. We need to give women the tools they need and help them solve the problem of reproduction, food and water. Women are already struggling for everything but climate change just makes their life harder.
